Now everyone gets down, we all have before! If you haven't well, good job! Though, I am positive ninety-five of the population has gotten upset or sad, or anything but positive. So I want to tell you that it may be difficult and you may think that staying positive all the time is impossible. I assure you, it is not Here are some steps to have a more positive life.
1. When you wake up, make sure to slowly sit up, breathe deeply and clear your mind.
2. After you're cozy inside, decide what you need to do and what you're going to do during the day. Surprises are also welcome, as who wants a boring life, am I right?
3. You probably have some medication you may need, if not then good on you! If you do, make some green tea or coffee, or hot chocolate, or spice it up and try something totally outrageous!
4. Head out to work or school, or whatever you need to do. Or if you don't have anything to do, figure out what you'd like to spend your day doing. Personally, I suggest doing something different from your regular routine. For example, if you normally stay home and watch a certain TV series, try a different TV series! Or, if you want to go out, why not try jogging, or riding your bike? Better yet, head to go bowling or skate. Learn to ice skate while you're at it!
5 If you get bored of the activity you've chosen to do, take a break. Grab some ice cream, drink. or whatever you need and just take a load off. Say hi to random people, do something you'd never do normally. (Unless it's out of your comfort zone, then don't do thail)
6. Try looking into religion, or into whatever religion you're in now. Or if you're an atheist, maybe learn to cope with religious people, haha!
7. Try taking a nice relaxing bath with your favorite bath oil and just relax, turn on some music and just take deep breaths and maybe fix yourself up! Shave your legs, if you're a girl or if you're a guy that's okay too! Try a homemade mud mask at home, wax your legs. pluck your eyebrows, paint your nails or toenails, anything that you feel needs changing!
8. Try going out and buying some clothes for a new wardrobe. Or if you don't have the budget, try re-organizing your closet and maybe being creative with your outfits!
9. Remember that you are amazing! No matter who you are, what you've done, or what you've gone through! You are worth everything in this world and that there are people who care and love you! You may not possibly know them yet, but believe me, it always gets better. Just keep hanging on, my friend.
